Policies to remember: |

Payment:
- The first lesson is free (trial lesson).
- The cost for each lesson after that is $25.
- The weekly activities (workshops, office hours, reading club) are free.
- The first month is paid in advance.
- Each additional month is paid in arrears.
- For any payment made, 15% is accrued as Conversa Cash, which you can use towards an immersion program here in Costa Rica.
Cancelations:
- If you cancel a class a week (or more) in advance, there is no penalty.
- If you cancel within one week, but before 5:00 p.m on the previous business day, 50% charge.
- If you cancel after 5:00 p.m. the previous business day or don't attend the class, 100% charge.
* NOTE: We will always do our best to help you reschedule classes that you may have to miss. When we're able to do this (which is quite often), we avoid having to charge you the 50% or 100%.
